Summary: This was my first time visiting Barbados, and this hotel exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Shakeeta and Sharieka were especially kind and patient they went above and beyond to help me book excursions and dinner reservations, which took a lot of the stress off and allowed me to truly enjoy my birthday. Exceptional staff like them are the reason people come back. Honestly, they deserve a raise! Jeremy (I believe that was his name) at the bar he had braids was also super friendly and added to the relaxed vibe. The pool area was the best part & gorgeous, with stunning views of the ocean. I also loved all the amenities in the room. Housekeeping did an amazing job. I'm very particular about cleanliness, and the room was spotless, smelled fresh, and the AC was perfectly cold. I gave 4 stars for condition because the only downside was the cable channels and Wi-Fi, which were a bit spotty & cut completely out during my stay. But overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an affordable, chic hotel experience in Barbados. I’ll definitely be back & tell my family and friends to stay here!
